Arnold Packaging Awarded Secretary’s Citation for Excellence in Customer Service

On Wednesday, May 23, 2018, Arnold Packaging received a Secretary’s Citation from the Maryland Department of Commerce in recognition of the company’s “superior custom-made containers and efficient distribution services” and in appreciation of the company’s “commitment to cultivating a unique relationship with every customer to ensure 100 percent satisfaction.” The award was presented to president Mick Arnold following his recent presentation to the Regional Manufacturing Institute of Maryland.
