Karen has 15 years of customer service experience in the packaging industry. The majority of her experience has been in inside sales, building relationships with customers by responding to their inquiries, and identifying needs and tailoring custom solutions to solve their packaging needs.

Arnold’s Factory Supplies began in Baltimore in 1933 as a manufacturer of adhesives and inks used for packaging applications. After over 85 years, we have become the most comprehensive company in our industry.
