He began his packaging career at AFFLINK while studying at the University of Alabama and later earned his MBA from VCU. With over a decade of experience, he has led sales and business development across multiple industries.

Arnold’s Factory Supplies began in Baltimore in 1933 as a manufacturer of adhesives and inks used for packaging applications.
