This role will fall specifically under Arnold Automation, the highly engineered solutions division of Arnold Packaging.
The Role
Arnold Automation is looking for a driven and strategic Automation & Packaging Sales Specialist to join our Automation Sales Team. This role is designed to capture high-volume consumables including, but not limited to, tape, stretch film, shrink film, strapping, and labels, by building strong customer relationships and demonstrating measurable value.
What You’ll Do
Drive New Business: Generate your own leads and close deals for system length materials through prospecting, cold-calling, and expanding our footprint within existing accounts.
Value Sell Packaging Essentials: Utilize product specific value sell techniques to be able to articulate cost savings opportunities and a ROI.
Bundle Consumables with Automation: You will be tasked with mastering and selling time-tested automation, such as stretch wrappers and case sealers, and the consumables that they utilize.
Support Territory Managers: Partner with Arnold Packaging’s Territory Managers and Arnold Automations Specialists to expand category penetration, ensuring we capture consumable business.
Engage Decision Makers: Deliver compelling presentations with measurable results to stakeholders ranging from operations on the floor, to executives in the C-Suite.
Be a Subject Matter Expert: Develop a deep expertise in tape, stretch film, shrink film, strapping, and labels to position yourself as the go-to resource for both Arnold and your customers.
Strategic Account Expansion: Identify current customers that do not purchase these particular consumables from Arnold and go after that business.
