Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong leader with at least five years of experience in manufacturing leadership. The ideal candidate will champion our three core initiatives:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
- Implement and uphold strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Champion sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact in manufacturing processes.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to drive zero-defect production.
- Monitor and improve productivity standards, optimizing labor efficiency through continuous improvement methodologies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support Arnold Packaging’s growth strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
- Experience implementing productivity improvement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
